Bright yellow standards are infused cream. The falls are deep, dark, burgundy-black with bright mustard beards. Subtle fragrance. Among my first irises purchased in the 1960s was “Accent” and I shall always admire bright variegatas— this one darker than most. Very tailored form but there is nothing else like it in the garden!

Rounded, yellow-cream standards; falls are dark burgundy with mustard yellow beards. A color pattern we rarely see in modern irises but one that garden visitors are drawn to. Pleasingly fragrant, too! Strong plant growth.
